Qualifications

• Must be 25 years or older and meet the education/experience options listed.
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and ASD.
• Valid Illinois driver's license and DCFS driver qualification.
• Able to lift, push, pull, and carry 50 pounds; stand, walk, bend, and run.

Responsibilities

• Supervise programs and services for clients.
• Ensure health and safety of each client and guide staff in programming.
• Ensure group schedules are current and include programs.
• Guide staff in program implementation for challenging clients.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and parents/guardians for quality care.
