Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking independent contractors in Irvine, CA to perform residential high-value property inspections. You set your own hours, build your own route, and work with other clients as you choose.

This is a 1099 role; you control when and how many jobs you take and are responsible for your own taxes and insurance. You will travel to properties, explain the process to homeowners, measure exterior walls, sketch layouts, and capture required photos and data using our mobile app.

CrimsonBlu is looking for motivated, detail-oriented business owners/independent contractors in Irvine, CA to complete residential high value property inspections. If you like being outdoors, working independently, and controlling your own schedule — this is a great way to build a business around your life, not the other way around.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not an employee position. You control how and when you complete accepted jobs, you're free to work with other companies at the same time, and you're responsible for your own taxes and any applicable business insurance.

The Gig

• Traveling to properties to complete high value underwriting inspections you've accepted
• A brief, professional conversation with homeowners explaining the inspection
• Measure the exterior walls and sketch the property
• Capturing the required photos and data through our mobile web application
• Capturing elevated roof photos on applicable jobs — the method is up to you (many vendors use a camera pole)

Service Fees
