Job summary

CrimsonBlu is seeking independent contractors in Irvine, CA to perform residential high-value property inspections. You set your own hours, build your own route, and work with other clients as you choose.

This is a 1099 role; you control when and how many jobs you take and are responsible for your own taxes and insurance. You will travel to properties, explain the process to homeowners, measure exterior walls, sketch layouts, and capture required photos and data using our mobile app.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role; you control when and how many jobs you take.
• You are responsible for your own taxes and business insurance.
• Outdoor work and attention to detail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to properties to complete high value underwriting inspections you accepted.
• Explain the inspection briefly to homeowners in a professional manner.
• Measure exterior walls and sketch the property.
• Capture required photos and data through our mobile web app.
• Capture elevated roof photos on applicable jobs as needed.
• Schedule your own appointments.
• Deliver accurate, on-time, professional service with clear communication.
