Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' maintenance handyperson experience.
• Able to perform light plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, electrical repairs.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication with tenants and staff.
• Owns tools for general handyperson tasks (a plus).
• Reliable vehicle to travel to properties.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance work and repairs to properties.
• Works with Property Manager to coordinate tasks.
• Coordinates with tenants to access apartments for repairs.
• Manages incoming service requests efficiently.
• Repairs walkways and exteriors.
• Tracks time and logs work completed for each job.
• Completes renovation projects as needed.
• On-call rotations with travel compensation.
