Paths Building Services LLC is seeking a residential handyperson to support day-to-day maintenance, repair, and operation of building systems. You will coordinate work, set priorities, and ensure timely completion, partnering with the Property Manager/Superintendent.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills across plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical tasks, with a flexible schedule and a commitment to high-quality work for residential properties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as maintenance tech/handyperson.
• Able to handle painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs.
• Flexible schedule based on operational needs.
• Good communication with tenants and staff.
• Owns tools or has access to necessary tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties.
• Coordinate with Property Manager/Superintendent.
• Coordinate access with tenants to complete repairs.
• Manage service requests and logs.
• Repair walkways and exteriors.
• Document time and work completed.
• Participate in on-call rotations with compensation for travel.
