Honey Homes in San Rafael is hiring the best handymen to service a dedicated territory of 40-50 homes. Expect steady, well-paid work with no evenings, weekends, or on-call.

You’ll work Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5pm, with 100% company-paid health, vision, and dental, plus a 100% company-paid phone and mileage reimbursement. Your role covers residential home repair across carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and smart-home installs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of handyman or multi-trade experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability — can independently assess and fix most issues in a home.
• Attention to detail (caulk lines, patching, painting) and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and tools.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working on ladders or scaffolding up to 12 feet.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair and maintenance tasks across multiple trades.
• Carpentry (doors, trim, framing, repairs) and related tasks.
• Painting and drywall patching.
• Plumbing (toilets, faucets, minor pipe repairs).
• Electrical (fixtures, outlets, small wiring).
• Smart home device installation.
• Manage about 40-50 residential homes within a small territory.
• Provide outstanding customer service and become the trusted handyman for each home.
• Use our app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.
