Honey Homes, Inc. is hiring skilled handymen and remodelers for the Tri-Valley. You’ll work close to home in a dedicated territory or on our multi-day remodeling crew, with no bidding or client chasing.

The role pays $36/hr with a $1,500 sign-on bonus, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm, and 100% company-paid health, vision, and dental. We require 5+ years of multi-trade experience and reliable tools; growth opportunities exist as we expand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of handyman, maintenance technician, remodeling, or multi-trade experience.
• Hands-on skill across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving ability.
• Reliable vehicle and your own tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential repair, maintenance, and remodel work across multiple trades (carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical).
• Provide outstanding customer service and build trust while working in clients' homes.
• Use our app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.
