Qualifications

• 5+ years handyman or multi-trade experience required.
• Experience across carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical.
• Prior work as maintenance tech, carpenter, plumber, or electrician preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with ladders or scaffolding up to 12 feet.
• Customer-friendly attitude and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential home repair and maintenance tasks across multiple trades.
• Carpentry (doors, trim, framing, repairs).
• Painting and drywall patching.
• Plumbing (toilets, faucets, minor pipe repairs).
• Electrical (fixtures, outlets, small wiring tasks).
• Smart home device installation.
• Manage about 40-50 homes within a small territory.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build strong relationships.
• Use app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.
