Venture Community Services Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional to empower adults with disabilities in Leicester, MA.

The role includes overnight shifts on a rotating schedule, paid training, and a sign-on bonus for full-time staff. The DSP will assist with daily living activities, accompany clients to medical appointments, and help them participate in the community while ensuring safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for and support adults 22+ with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Assist with household maintenance, meals, shopping, appointments, and community activities.
• Follow Behavior Support Plans, Individual Support Plans and goals, and medical guidelines as needed.
