The role supports the Stabilization and Crisis Unit with clerical duties, schedule management, and coordination of hiring processes across 17 group homes along the I-5 corridor.

Applicants should have strong time management and cross‑cultural communication skills, and an associate or higher degree.

Qualifications

• Two years of general clerical experience including keyboarding/word processing.
• Associate or higher-level degree in any field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support for multiple residential group homes.
• Manage and maintain calendars, trackers and spreadsheets.
• Assist with interviewing, selection and hiring processes.
• Enter and track information using computer systems.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
