Favarh is seeking a dedicated Residential Housing Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of the Avon program, supervise staff, oversee medication processes, and maintain detailed documentation to ensure a safe, person-centered living environment.

The role offers hands-on leadership, collaboration with nursing and management, and opportunities for growth within a values-driven nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely implement restraint procedures and CPR.
• Medication administration certification within 6 months of hire.
• PMT certification within 6 months of hire.
• Connecticut driver's license or Rideshare-approved state.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the assigned residential program.
• Oversee staff supervision and on-the-floor training.
• Ensure medication administration is accurate with nurse oversight.
• Maintain program documentation and logs with Therap.
• Promote independence and person-centered living for participants.
• Attend required meetings and trainings; report operational concerns.
