LADACIN Network is seeking a Group Home Manager to oversee daily operations at our Residential Facility in Jackson, NJ. The role includes supervising staff and coordinating schedules to ensure high-quality care for residents.

You will provide on-call support for 6 residents with physical and multiple developmental disabilities, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills. New grads welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and computer literate; able to manage schedules.
• Experience with DDD Population; NJ driver's license required.
• New college graduates welcome.
