Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years old to meet agency driving requirements.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required.
• Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Must pass required background clearances and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities.
• Assist individuals with activities of daily living, personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks while promoting independence and dignity.
• Support community outings, recreational activities, and individualized goals.
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reports.
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Comply with Agency Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics.

Position Summary

LADACIN is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals to join our Residential Services team in Neptune, NJ. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
