Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old to drive agency vehicles.
• Experience with the DDD population preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Must be reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• New college graduates are encouraged to apply.

Position Summary

This full-time, 40-hour position is responsible for supervising residential staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality care, and supporting six adults with physical and multiple developmental disabilities in a safe, person-centered environment.
