AVIDD Community Services of NJ is seeking an experienced Group Home Manager to oversee a residential home supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will supervise DSPs and staff, manage schedules, and ensure daily care and compliance with NJ DDD regulations.

The role requires 5+ years in group home management, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
