LADACIN Network is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional - Driver to join our Residential Services team in Ocean County, NJ. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities and involves safely transporting adults with developmental and physical disabilities to Adult Day Programs, while providing daily living support to promote independence and community inclusion.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with entry/exit from the vehicle, following transportation

Position Summary

LADACIN Network is seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional - Driver to join our Residential Services team in Ocean County. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The Direct Support Professional - Driver provides care and support to adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities while safely transporting residents to and from their Adult Day Programs using an agency vehicle. This position also assists individuals with daily activities based on their individual needs while promoting independence, dignity, and community inclusion.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to drive agency vehicles.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Training provided.
