Job summary

Avidd Community Services of New Jersey, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Residential Manager for our Bogota, NJ location. You will support individuals with independent living skills and assist the Group Home Manager with supervising staff, managing the home, and delivering care.

This role focuses on empowering residents with IDD to lead meaningful, self-directed lives. Shift hours include Tue–Thu 3pm–11pm and Fri–Sat 7am–3pm, with location in Bogota, NJ.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years of group home leadership experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of the IDD community and services.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to undergo pre-employment requirements.
• Therap experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Group Home Manager with supervision of staff.
• Run and manage the physical home operations.
• Provide care to residents and support independent living skills.
• Review MARs and ISP data and ensure quality of care.

Assistant Residential Manager (Bogota) you will play a key role in supporting the individuals we serve. Encourage and support our individuals with independent living skills. Assist the Group Home Manager with supervision of staff, running and managing the physical home, providing care to the clients, reviewing MARs and ISP data. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about caring for others.

SHIFT HOURS:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3pm-11pm, Friday & Saturday 7am-3pm. (Subject to change.)

Locations:

Bogota, NJ.
