Responsibilities

Daily interior cleaning of buildings and common areas, including windows, floors, and trash handling.
Prepare vacant units for occupancy and ensure broom-swept condition.
Exterior cleaning of grounds, parking lots, walkways, and exterior features.
Light maintenance tasks such as bulb and filter replacements.
Report unsafe conditions and security concerns to supervisor.
