Qualifications

• Able to communicate with property manager through written and oral instructions.
• Must read, speak and understand English for business purposes.
• Must read and write short correspondence and service requests clearly.
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of common areas and grounds.
• Dispose of trash on property grounds and in laundry areas.
• Keep exterior areas swept, cleaned and well-maintained.
• Perform landscape tasks including planting, weeding and watering flowerbeds.
• Maintain pools and jacuzzis, including chemical checks and cleaning.
• Assist with notices to residents and basic maintenance tasks.
• Shampoo carpets and handle seasonal weather duties.
• Complete weekend porter checklist and report to Property Manager.
