Job summary

Tipton Asset Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the property grounds, exterior buildings, leasing office and parking lots. You will perform daily upkeep, custodial duties, small landscaping, and other maintenance tasks to keep common areas attractive and orderly.

Provide a pleasant experience in a multi-family residential apartment to our residents both current and prospective by maintaining the common areas/grounds and making sure everything is attractive and orderly.

The Job:
