Job summary

The Scion Group is seeking a Porter for Collegetown Terrace in Ithaca, NY. This role focuses on the care and maintenance of outdoor property features, ensuring clean, safe common areas and a welcoming environment for residents.

You will perform landscaping, lawn care, snow and ice removal, trash removal, and assist with general upkeep of pool, club room, restrooms and exterior lighting, prioritizing professional service for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the physical condition of the property per SOPs and industry standards.
• Removes trash and debris from common areas continuously.
• Sweeps and cleans curbs, parking areas, walkways and stairways as scheduled.
