Responsibilities include supervising the maintenance team, managing projects with contractors, and ensuring timely completion while maintaining curb appeal and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years with grounds and maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and grounds maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Ability to endure seasonal temperatures and outdoor work.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Handles project bids and coordinates with contractors.
• Supervises maintenance staff and reports status to management.
• Keeps community grounds and facilities clean and presentable.
• Performs routine and preventative maintenance on buildings and systems.
• Responds to community needs during non-business hours when required.
