MASTER ELECTRICAL SERVICES, LLC. is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive residential backup power solutions. The role involves talking with homeowners by phone, visiting homes in the Richmond area, and turning opportunities into sales through persistence and follow-through.

You will handle high outbound call volumes, leverage provided leads and an existing pipeline, and collaborate with our estimating and installation teams to deliver accurate proposals and successful installations.

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Strong people skills and confidence on the phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming generator sales calls and make frequent outbound calls to set appointments.
• Follow up on new inquiries, older leads, and outstanding estimates.
• Meet homeowners in their homes, assess needs, and explain generator options.
• Coordinate accurate proposals with estimating and installation teams.
• Present proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
