Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every service appointment.
• Build rapport with customers and communicate repair needs and options.
• Present multiple repair and replacement options and recommend best solutions.
• Generate and close sales opportunities through consultative selling.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair and replacement projects.
• Educate customers on garage door systems, products, warranties, and maintenance.
• Ensure all scheduled work is completed to customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Review work orders and invoices for accuracy before departure.
• Collect payment at job completion.
• Maintain product knowledge of doors, openers, and accessories.
• Promote company products, services, and customer-first values.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and manage inventory.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Branch Manager.
