This commission-based role offers an average earning potential of $80,000–$140,000 per year. Training pay during ramp-up is $20.00–$23.00 per hour, with benefits including medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every service appointment.
• Build rapport, communicate repair needs, and present solutions.
• Close sales by recommending products and services that meet customer needs.
• Provide accurate estimates for repair and replacement projects.
• Educate customers on garage door systems, warranties, and maintenance.
• Ensure work is completed to customer satisfaction and review invoices for accuracy.
• Collect payment at job completion and maintain vehicle readiness.
