Custom Concrete is seeking a Residential Builder Representative to oversee day-to-day activities across multiple single-family sites in Central Indiana. This field-based leadership role requires coordinating crews, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to builder expectations while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and clients.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of residential construction or supervision experience, reads plans confidently, and travels regionally.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of residential construction or field supervision.
• Ability to read plans, elevations, and layouts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within Central Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Site Coordination & Planning: support scheduling, readiness checks, and sequencing across multiple residential jobsites.
• Daily Jobsite Visits & Oversight: conduct inspections and ensure work aligns with plans and codes.
• Quality Assurance: verify elevations, layout, drainage, and material placement; direct corrective actions.
• Safety Leadership: promote and enforce safety practices on every site.
• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: address site challenges and provide timely solutions.
• Documentation & Reporting: keep inspection notes, photos, progress updates, and change docs.
• Builder and Homeowner Interaction: be a professional point of contact for builders and homeowners.
• Technical Knowledge & Continuous Improvement: stay updated on foundation techniques and codes.
