Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential foundation work (footings, walls, slabs).
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor and lift up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required to operate a company vehicle.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew of 2-4 team members on foundation projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate layout.
• Assist with forming footings and walls and align forms.
• Ensure proper placement of reinforcing rebar and concrete pouring.
• Maintain site safety and enforce company standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks, materials, and equipment needs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
