FirstKey Homes LLC is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain the quality, safety, and habitability of homes in the market. You will handle resident maintenance requests, perform repairs across multiple trades, and travel daily to properties using a company vehicle.

Responsibilities include completing tasks to code and policy standards, reporting hazards, and delivering courteous, high‑quality service to residents while coordinating with a team and managers to prioritize work loads.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in residential maintenance across multiple trades.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

• Complete resident maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ADA and other regulations.
• Travel within assigned market using company vehicle.
• Maintain tools, parts, and inventory.
• Prioritize requests by urgency and impact on safety.
