FirstKey Homes is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain and repair residential properties across our managed portfolio. The role requires performing repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general home maintenance, with daily travel to sites using company vehicles.

You will respond to resident requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. A strong work ethic, multitasking, and customer service focus are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in residential maintenance across multiple trades.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for extensive field work.

Responsabilités

• Complete resident maintenance requests and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general home systems.
• Travel daily throughout assigned market using company vehicle to service properties.
• Prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on resident comfort and safety.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and building codes; report hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and inventory; ensure readiness for travel and repairs.
• Provide courteous, professional service and timely communication with residents.
