Job summary

Astound is hiring for a door-to-door residential outside sales role in Illinois. You start with a base salary of $40,000 and have uncapped commission potential to grow beyond expectations.

You will engage residents and property groups, present service options, and close sign-ups, with ongoing training and support. Ideal candidates enjoy outdoor, field-based work, demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and are motivated by performance-based earnings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with in-person sales and meeting customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through face-to-face interactions with residents and property groups.
• Pursue leads provided daily and discuss service needs with customers.
• Provide quotes, sign-up orders, and explain service levels and contract terms.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
