Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic Door-to-Door Sales Representative to cover the Dallas, TX greater market. You will meet residents in their homes and in-person with property managers, discuss service needs, provide quotes, and sign up new customers for our residential internet, WiFi, and related offerings.

The role is field-based and requires travel across assigned territories. The compensation combines a $34,000 base with uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel within Dallas area.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in residential environment through face-to-face interaction with residents and property managers.
• Distribute marketing material, facilitate strategic campaigns, build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contract language and service levels to articulate customer needs and solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
• Face-to-face and door-to-door customer engagement in assigned territories.
