C Spire is seeking a Field Sales Representative in Alabama to grow residential fiber and wireless services. You will engage customers through neighborhood canvassing, follow up on leads, and build lasting relationships while advising on technology solutions that fit their needs.

You will be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional service, meeting sales targets, and advancing within C Spire as you develop stronger sales, communication, and customer-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods outdoors.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect residential territories through door-to-door canvassing and neighborhood outreach.
• Develop new sales opportunities from company-provided leads and referrals.
• Maintain a steady pipeline with daily prospecting, appointments, and interactions.
• Prepare and submit customer orders using approved sales systems.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales, retention, and customer experience goals.
• Represent the C Spire brand with professionalism and exceptional service.
