Job summary

Artisan Design Group, a Lowe's company, seeks a Junior Field Manager to assist with day-to-day field operations, job-site coordination, and quality control across multiple communities. You will track lot phases, support scheduling, and ensure workmanship meets plans and ADG standards.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced construction environment, with occasional field measurements and material handling.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to problem solve in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Experience with flooring products is a plus.
• Residential new construction experience with national home builders is a plus.
• Ability to track multiple communities, lots, and projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with contractor supervisors, installers, suppliers, architects, and other employees to support the Senior Field Manager.
• Assist with material delivery, quality control, punch-out, scheduling, and other field needs as directed by the Senior Field Manager.
• Walk assigned communities and job-sites daily to track lot construction phases, monitor readiness and schedules, and ensure workmanship meets plans and ADG standards.
• Audit floor breaks, diagrams, and color sheets for discrepancies and communicate issues with the Field Manager.
• Provide field measurements for verifications and occasional estimates.
• Safely pick up and deliver materials on occasion.
