Artisan Design Group (ADG) is seeking a Field professional to coordinate with customers and installers to ensure projects are completed on time with high quality. This role emphasizes installer-friendly collaboration and supports the company’s contractor-first culture on site.

The Field works with our customers and installers to ensure projects are completed on time and meet our expected level of quality. This is key position in our organization and vital to our overall performance as a contractor to the builder industry. As such, the Field must be an “installer-friendly” individual and help maintain our “installer-centric” culture which is critical to our business and success.
This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
