Job summary

StyleCraft Homes in the Richmond area seeks a talented Feasibility Manager to evaluate land acquisitions, developments, and homesites. You will interact with Sellers/ Developers and internal stakeholders to gather data, report risk metrics, and manage deadlines from inception through zoning.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in feasibility for residential land development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of feasibility experience.
• 4-year degree in real estate, economics, engineering, multifamily or residential land development with at least 1 year feasibility experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate risk potential of land acquisitions and developments.
• Manage feasibility process from inception through zoning.
• Coordinate with internal/external project teams and 3rd party teams.
• Assess parcels for compliance with regulations and suitability for residential use.
• Prepare and review technical reports for land acquisition feasibility.
