Qualifications

• Experience with make-ready process and property upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies.
• Prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Manage materials from maintenance department; track inventory and reorder as needed.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as required.
• Assist cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
