Job summary

Case Western Reserve University is seeking a residential facilities utility worker to maintain housing infrastructure on campus. Under supervision, you will perform minor repairs, assist with larger projects, and generate work orders based on inspections and manuals.

You will often replace lighting, install signage, fix fixtures, and help keep kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas safe and comfortable for students. A valid Ohio driver's license is required and reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; valid Ohio driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience in building maintenance and customer service.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Generate work orders by inspecting areas and plan preventive maintenance.
• Perform general building maintenance: replace bulbs, install signs, clear plumbing, adjust hardware.
