Job summary

Qualifications

• Forty-eight (48) months verifiable skilled experience in building maintenance and repair or related skilled craft.
• Journey-level working knowledge of one or more skilled craft areas.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety guidelines (OSHA).
• Ability to read and write basic vocabulary; perform basic arithmetic and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly skilled repair, installation, and maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Provide work direction, training and mentoring of lower level workers.
• Inspect buildings and equipment for needed repairs; perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete documentation for the CMMS and work with management on project tasks.
