Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment including HVAC components and related systems.
• Respond to campus work orders, assist with boilers, pumps, and energy-management equipment.
• Log operations and maintain accurate records in the work order system.
• Transport and install equipment as needed and coordinate with PM team.
