The position supports a hybrid work arrangement, offering collaboration with university departments, vendors, and staff, as well as budgeting, planning, and space management duties.

Qualifications

• 6 years of facilities management and/or office administrative services is required.
• High school education required; some college preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PC operation.
• Familiarity with housing operations and budgets preferred.
• Demonstrated history of supporting students and advocacy for their needs.
• Ability to meet consistent attendance.
• Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and customers face to face.
• Willingness to learn and utilize AI in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prioritize, and integrate housing projects for students and staff.
• Act as liaison with university departments, vendors, and contractors.
• Manage maintenance, furniture delivery, relocations, and space transitions.
• Track expenses, contracts, and purchasing using PeopleSoft and Excel.
• Monitor major maintenance and capital projects with leadership.
• Maintain furniture procurement and installation processes.
• Prepare multi-year improvement plans and space profiles.
• Coordinate move-in/move-out for staff housing and ensure reconciliations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
