Job summary

Case Western Reserve University is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support athletic facilities, equipment operations, and event logistics on campus. The role includes managing inventory for varsity teams, supervising student workers, and coordinating setup for events at the Wyant Athletic and Wellness Center.

Hours may include nights and weekends; experience in collegiate athletics or facility operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience required.
• Experience in collegiate athletics, recreation and/or facility operations and equipment management preferred.
• High school education required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment inventory for varsity teams and repair equipment.
• Schedule and supervise student employees for the equipment room and Wyant.
• Oversee Wyant Center weight room and events.
• Set up and takedown for varsity sports and game day operations.
