Job summary

The Delaney at The Vale is recruiting for a luxury hospitality focused Residential Experience Concierge. This role greets residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers and service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Schedule is Monday–Friday Day Shift with a starting pay of $25-$27 hourly. Benefits include 401k with employer matching, health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off and daily

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in a luxury property customer facing role.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Tech Savvy; excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.
• Anticipates needs of the residents.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and ensures residents feel served.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt, and notify the resident of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
• Other assignments as needed.

Daily responsibilities of a Concierge

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.
• Anticipates needs of the residents.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
• Other assignments as needed.
