Job summary

The Delaney at The Vale is seeking a luxury hospitality focused Residential Experience Concierge to greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, and service providers daily with warmth and professionalism. You will be the first face visitors see in our community.

Requirements include 1–3 years in a luxury property customer-facing role, strong telephone communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.
• Anticipates needs of the residents.
• Resolve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers professionally to meet objectives and satisfy individuals.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt, and notify resident of delivery.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects and assignments.
• Other assignments as needed.

The Delaney at The Vale is recruiting for a luxury hospitality focused Residential Experience Concierge. This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Schedule: Monday- Friday Day Shift

Salary: Starting at $25-$27 hourly

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Concierge:

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.
• Anticipates needs of the residents.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
• Other assignments as needed.

• High school diploma required. Bachelors degree preferred.
