Job summary

The Delaney at The Vale is seeking a Luxury Hospitality focused Residential Experience Concierge. You’ll warmly greet residents, guests, applicants, vendors, and service providers each day, becoming the first friendly face visitors meet in our community.

Position operates on a Monday–Friday day schedule with starting pay of $25–$27 per hour. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a luxury property customer-facing role and strong Microsoft Office skills, plus excellent phone communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in a luxury property customer facing role.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Tech Savvy; excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.
• Anticipates needs of the residents.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers to meet organizational and individual needs.
• Accept delivery packages, log receipts, and notify residents.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
• Other assignments as needed.

This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. They are the first face someone sees when visiting our community!

Daily responsibilities of a Concierge

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage with a high level of customer service.
• Anticipates needs of the residents.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
• Other assignments as needed.
