Security 1st Title LLC in Lawrence, KS seeks a Residential Escrow Officer to review title commitments and oversee funds through closings. This in-office, full-time position requires accuracy, structure, and collaborative communication with buyers, sellers, lenders, and attorneys.

You will balance financials and regulatory aspects while maintaining a strong focus on customer service, deadlines, and quality control across multiple transactions daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Title insurance license is required; ability to pass a background check.
• 1-3 years of related escrow/title experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments and ensure accurate handling of funds and regulatory compliance in each transaction.
• Balance financials, payoffs, recordings, and disbursements with attention to deadlines.
• Manage multiple real estate closings in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
