Job summary

Security 1st Title LLC is seeking a Residential Escrow Assistant to support the escrow team by reviewing contracts, preparing closing documents, balancing files, and ensuring smooth closings from contract to closing.

You will work in the office in Larned, KS with a Monday–Friday schedule, training, and a comprehensive benefits package. Strong organizational and communicative skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active title insurance license or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience in escrow, title, or related office environment preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative and transactional components of each file.
• Review contracts and prepare closing documents.
• Maintain file integrity and assist with financial balancing.
• Collaborate with Escrow Officers to ensure timely closings.
