Security 1st Title LLC in Wellington, KS is seeking a Residential Escrow Assistant to support both administrative and transactional aspects of residential real estate closings. You will partner with Residential Escrow Officers to move files from contract to closing, review contracts, prepare closing documents, and balance funds with accuracy.

Ideal candidates are detail-driven, highly organized, and possess strong communication skills to serve clients, lenders, and attorneys.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active title insurance license or ability to obtain within the first six months of employment.
• 1–3 years of escrow, title, or related office experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing real estate contracts and assisting with closing statements.

Responsibilities

• Support administrative and transactional components of each file.
• Review contracts and prepare closing documents.
• Maintain file integrity and balance receipts/disbursements.
• Assist with financial balancing and ensuring accuracy.
• Collaborate with Escrow Officers and team members for smooth closings.
