The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in escrow/title, a title license, and a strong customer-service mindset to deliver a seamless closing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Title insurance license required; ability to pass a background check.
• 1–3 years of related escrow/title experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments and ensure accurate handling of funds.
• Balance financials and regulatory aspects of each closing.
• Manage payoffs, recordings, and disbursements promptly.
