Security 1st Title LLC is seeking a Residential Escrow Assistant to support the escrow team in Wichita, KS. The role focuses on the administrative and transactional aspects of residential real estate files, collaborating closely with Escrow Officers to move transactions from contract to closing.

The position emphasizes accuracy, organization, and proactive communication with clients, lenders, and attorneys to deliver a smooth closing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active title insurance license or ability to obtain within the first six months of employment.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• 1–3 years of escrow, title, or related office experience preferred.
• Experience reviewing real estate contracts and preparing closing statements/documents.

Responsabilités

• Review contracts and prepare closing documents.
• Maintain file integrity and data entry accuracy.
• Support administrative and transactional components of escrow files.
• Balance receipts and disbursements with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Escrow Officers and team members to ensure smooth closings.
