Job summary

We Energies in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin is seeking a Residential Energy Services Consultant to support residential and small commercial customers. The role encompasses service delivery, outages, energy quality issues, new services, outdoor lighting, rewires, relocations, and billing inquiries.

The position requires strong customer interaction, problem solving, and coordination with internal teams to schedule work, provide cost estimates, and ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (or equivalent) in engineering, marketing, business administration, project management or finance.
• Four years of Wisconsin Field Operations experience including customer service and clerical support.
• At least three years of customer contact experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and current customers to discuss service needs.
• Coordinate installation with internal/external resources and negotiate timelines.
• Provide cost estimates for new service, rewires, relocations, and removals.
• Notify customers about planned outages and respond to billing inquiries.
• Assist customers with energy efficiency programs and conservation measures.
• Answer technical questions from customers and construction crews.
